Matriculation Studies Centre
KBU International College offers two (2) different pre-university programmes. The foundation programmes offered are the GCE A-Levels and the Australian Matriculation Programme (AUSMAT).
GCE A-Levels
The A-Levels at KBU is awarded by the London Examinations / Edexcel International, UK β recognized for the high quality of its examinations and assessments. Most subjects comprise 6 modular units with examinations taken in stages or in one final sitting. Students are permitted to repeat any unit a number of times to obtain the best grade to be used as the final results. Students can be accepted into art & design, business, computing, or engineering degree programmes at KBU. Read more here.
Australian Matriculation Programme (AUSMAT)
Australian Matriculation (AUSMAT) is a popular pre-university programme of The Curriculum Council, Government of Western Australia. AUSMAT is a 10-month programme with the assessment comprising 50% coursework and 50% external examination, which is the Tertiary Entrance Examinations (TEE). It is recognized by most universities around the world, especially Australian universities, as the entry requirement to the degree programmes. Thus, students who have successfully completed the AUSMAT programme are also eligible to apply for entry to the UK Honours degree programmes conducted at KBU.

Foundation in Science
The Foundation in Science is specially created for students who are interested to further studies in the field of health sciences. The programme is developed in collaboration between KBU International College (KBU) and International Medical University (IMU). The Foundation in Science is a 12-month programme with assessments comprising of 50% coursework and 50% final examination.
