The Diploma in Interactive Design emphasizes on creativity, exploration and experimentation of mind, media and materials.

The programme equips students with the fundamental skills such as basic design, photography, colour studies followed more specialized skills in computer graphics, web-based application, animations and other form of interactive design.

The diploma programme develops transferable skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, research skills, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Students will also be exposed with valuable working experience through industry placement.

Career Opportunities

Multimedia companies, interface design companies, animation studios, film production and post production houses, advertising agencies, games and software design companies, etc.

  • Duration: 2 1/2 years (7 Semester)
  • Intake: January, April and May
  • Entry Requirements: 3 relevant credits in SPM, GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualifications

*All local students are required to take 3 MQA Compulsory Subjects that include Bahasa Kebangsaan A, Malaysian Studies, and Islamic Studies (for Muslims) or Moral education (for non-Muslims). Malaysian students are required by MQA to pass all these 3 subjects to qualify for their awards. MQA Compulsory Subjects are optional for all International Students
