Principal of KBU International College

KBU International College has enjoyed tremendous growth since its establishment in 1990, then known as Kolej Swasta Bandar Utama. Today, the College is a reputable institution of higher learning in the country and has taken on an increasingly international character with students of more than 30 countries enrolled in the various programmes.

Over the years, our graduates have excelled academically, both at KBU and at our partner universities in UK, as well as in other universities. We are proud of them and many have won awards nationally and internationally. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate them.

At KBU, our mission has always been to produce market or industry-driven and successful professionals. In fact, I am happy to say that KBU graduates have been employed by multinational companies such as Intel, Unilever, Dunlop, PricewaterhouseCoopers, ABB, AIG Group in Malaysia whilst our graduates from foreign countries have also been successful in embarking on high profile careers in their home countries.

The success of our graduates is indeed a feather in the cap for our partner universities and KBU. This is due in no small way to the quality education at KBU, underpinned by the fact that most of the 3+0 degree programmes are fully accredited by Lembaga Akreditasi Negara (LAN). We will strive to maintain the quality and facilities to give students, both local and overseas, the opportunity to obtain qualifications that are internationally-recognised and at affordable costs. We will also strive to instill in our graduates professional attitudes and skills that will make them successful professionals, through various co-curricular activities.
